LOOKING FOR A PHOTOGRAPHER – just to run a “photo-booth” on Sat. March 14 – set-up at 6:00 – shooting guests from 6:30-7:30… NOT someone who is singing the show!!! Find me someone and we will comp them two tickets for the show at St. Helen’s. [NB: Michelle Koebke of Diamond’s Edge Photography will be with us on Sunday at West Van United]. We can even LOAN you a camera from Tabitha’s sister 🙂

March 9 – AT WEST VAN UNITED – guest soloists invited for ensemble works

            SOLOISTS – rehearsal with Barry [collaborating pianist] and Edette at 6PM

March 13 – dress rehearsal – with staging elements and narration [Douglas] – 7 to 10PM

Props and costumes call: 6:30 PM – meeting with Edette in the Sanctuary

all call: 6:50 – casual clothes, unless soloists wish to try add-ons

March 14 – show #1 at St. Helen’s Anglican Church

set up crew: 5PM – [hopefully NOT needed… just playing it safe, in case we have to strike Mar 13]

all call: 5:15 – DRESSED for the show [make-up/hair can wait for the break, if you wish]

warm-up, spot rehearsing, staging questions: 5:30 to 7:00

clear and open seating: 7:00

top of the show: 7:30PM

take down crew: 9:30PM – all hands on deck, please


March 15 – show #2 at West Van United Church
