Join us as we celebrate our first 30 years of choral excellence, as Vivaldi Chamber Choir is joined by a chamber orchestra, and three of Vancouver's best classical soloists. This special anniversary program will feature Vivaldi's setting of "Gloria" - but will also include works by a contemporary, Francesco Durante, and one other Baroque Composer whom he influenced, George Frederick Handel. It is because of Antonio Vivaldi's immense success and far reach, which also inspired the likes of Bach, Haydn and Mozart, that this choir has been proud to honour this name for the past 30 years. Stay for a Thirtieth Anniversary Reception after the concert!
